Updates: Medals arrived yesterday afternoon; Sooo... I am going to host a pizza party/ medals pick up at the Rusty’s pizza in Oxnard on Saturday June 5, 2010 from 12 noon to 2 pm 150 west Vineyard rd in Oxnard at the Oxnard blvd & Vineyard intersection. If you have time on Saturday..... stop on by for some free pizza and get your finisher medal at the same time. All medals that have not been picked up on Saturday will be mailed out to each finisher.

It was a great day for a race and everyone came accross the line like a champ! Great job everyone!
The race will start and finish at Lake Casitas in Ojai CA at the race day expo and celebration. All athletes will be awarded a finishers medal as they cross the finish line.
The course will run along the famous country roads of Ojai, wind through the scenic bike bath and back to the lake where the last four miles over rolling trails along the lake side will give you a challenge you can brag about! Lake Casitas has camping spots available with advanced reservations.
The near by Down Town Ojai is a great place to shop all weekend long for that special something to help you remember the great weekend you have just experienced. Make sure you take some time to enjoy some of the local restaurants that are always glad to see
you.
